TERMS & CONDITIONS

– After 16:00 on the day of arrival, the hotel has the right to cancel reservations that have not been checked in if they are not guaranteed by credit card or other payment guarantee, without being obliged to inform the guest. Members of Strawberry’s customer club have their own conditions. This only applies to accommodation with breakfast.

– In Pool & Wellness there is an 18-year-old limit until 8 p.m. and a 20-year-old limit from 8 p.m. From 2th of October 2023 there is a 14-year-old limit until 8.00 p.m. accompanied by a guardian.

– There is a 24-hour cancellation deadline for all spa treatments in Pool & Wellness. No shows or cancellations after the set time will be charged in full.

– The agreed price is paid on arrival.

– Pay now/prepaid stays cannot be refunded.

– We have paid parking, see FAQ for specific prices.

GENERAL AGREEMENT TERMS

– Booked hotel rooms guarantee to be ready for check-in from 16.00 on the day of arrival and can be arranged Monday – Friday until 12.00 on the day of departure (10.00 for conference guests). Saturday check-out is 12.00 and Sunday 18.00. By agreement with the hotel, special arrangements can be made beyond this time – book early/late check-in.

– The customer is responsible for damage to the premises as a result of negligence or irresponsible conduct of the audit (Force majeure).

– Collections outside the contracting party’s control – for security, lockout, fire which make it impossible to use obligations in this agreement – give the right to have the agreement without liability for damages.

– Reservations that are not canceled within the deadlines will be charged.

– We reserve the right to price errors.

– Hotel Riviera reserves the right to ask for a deposit or card guarantee.

– Open flames are not allowed inland, e.g. candles etc.

– There is an age limit of 18 years to book a room.
