Lunch
Lunch is served daily at Brasserie Bon Vivant — from 11:30 AM on weekdays and from 12 PM on weekends.
The lunch menu draws inspiration from both the French and Italian rivieras, with dishes just as suited to a quick break during the day as to a longer lunch by the fjord.
In addition, the chef prepares a daily two-course lunch based on seasonal ingredients and the best produce available at the time.
