Terms & Conditions

– After 16:00 on the day of arrival, the hotel has the right to cancel reservations that have not checked in unless they are guaranteed with a credit card or other payment guarantee, without being obligated to inform the guest. Members of Strawberry's customer club have separate conditions. This applies only to accommodation with breakfast.

– Any change of date or cancellation of your booking must be made through the booking system you booked from, depending on which channel you have used. If you book your stay at hotelriviera.no, you can change the date until 16:00 on the day of arrival. Please note that a price difference may occur.

– Pool & Wellness: Our spa is available for persons aged 18 and over.

– There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all spa treatments in Pool & Wellness. No-show or cancellation after the set time will be charged in full.

– Agreed price is payable upon arrival.

– Pay now/prepaid stays are non-refundable.

– We have paid parking, see FAQ for specific prices.
 

General Terms and Conditions

– Booked hotel rooms are guaranteed to be ready for check-in from 15:00 on the day of arrival and can be used from Monday to Sunday until 12:00 on the day of departure (10:00 for conference guests).

– The booker is responsible for damage to premises due to negligence or irresponsible behavior of the guest(s) (Force majeure). A fee will be charged for any damage incurred. The hotel reserves the right to ask the individual to leave the hotel. 

– Events beyond the control of the contracting party – such as strikes, lockouts, fires, etc. that make it impossible to fulfill the obligations in this agreement – entitle the party to terminate the agreement without liability for damages.

– Reservations that are not canceled within the deadlines will be charged.

– We reserve the right to correct price errors.

– Hotel Riviera reserves the right to ask for a deposit or credit guarantee.

– There is an age limit of 18 to book a room.

– Open flames are not allowed in the rooms, e.g., candles, etc.

– Hotel Riviera is a non-smoking hotel. In cases where smoking occurs in our hotel rooms, a fee will be charged. For smoking in common areas, the hotel reserves the right to impose a fee or ask the individual to leave the hotel. 

– Lost items found will be kept for 3 months. The guest is responsible for covering costs related to the forwarding of lost items.
