A menu for every taste

Choose an exciting three-course menu featuring vendace roe on butter-fried blinis, slow-roasted duck breast, and passion fruit and white chocolate mousse. Our classic menu offers smoked salmon mousse, beef culotte or festive cod, followed by crème brûlée with clementine.

For a taste of traditional Norwegian Christmas, we serve roast pork belly or cured lamb ribs with all the classic accompaniments, followed by rice cream or caramel pudding.

For a more social dining experience, choose our Christmas-inspired sharing menu. The table is filled with small plates, Riviera cod and Christmas duck, making the meal part of the celebration.

Gather in one of our private event spaces for a Christmas party, dinner or a full evening with colleagues and friends. Choose from our event menus or Christmas-inspired three- to five-course menus created by our head chef.

The spaces can accommodate groups of 8 to 140 guests, and the evening can be enhanced with music, a DJ or other entertainment for a more festive atmosphere.

On the hotel’s top floor, you will find Pool & Wellness — a peaceful break from the pre-Christmas rush.

Here, you will find the Riviera pool, saunas, hot tubs, a cold plunge and views across the fjord. Throughout the pre-Christmas season, sauna rituals inspired by seasonal scents are also part of the experience.

Pool & Wellness can be enjoyed before or after dinner, or as a social gathering during the day. For groups, it is also possible to reserve the entire spa area exclusively upon request.
